Guided by the “Self Sufficient Urban Indian Initiative” designed to move American Indians from homelessness to rental units and ultimately, to homeownership, AICDC developed, owns, and operates Many Rivers East (53 Units) and Many Rivers West (28 units). These affordable family rental housing units are located in Franklin Avenue East in the heart of the American Indian Cultural Corridor.
