AICDC owns and operates the 47-unit,Bii Di Gain Dash Anwebi Elder Housing Project, a HUD 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly development.

Bii Di Gain Dash Anwebi provides affordable housing and services to the elder population. B.D.G was created in direct response to the lack of senior housing in the historically under-served American Indian Community.
