The American Indian Community Development Corporation provides culturally unique initiatives, housing, and entrepreneurial programs that strengthen American Indian communities.

Goals & Objectives

  • Provide affordable and life cycle housing within a primarily American Indian community.

  • Engage in demonstration projects which will develop experimental and creative approaches for providing housing within a primarily American Indian community. Projects include housing for homeless and low and moderate-income persons, including those with special needs such as chemical dependency, mental health problems, and other debilitating conditions.

  • Work in cooperation with American Indian organizations and tribal governments to provide housing opportunities to low and moderate-income individuals and families.
