Welcome Home

Join NACC to kick-off their new 12 week walking program geared towards elders and their grandchildren. 

Refreshments will be provided for those participating in the kick-off walk.

Walks will be held Wednesdays starting June 25th until September 10th.

More info about the walking program will be provided at the kick-off event!
