AICDC has three lots for single family homes along 14th Avenue Sout between 21at and 22nd Streets in Minneapolis. This project will address the lack of affordable home ownership opportunities in the Ventura Village Neighborhood and provide much needed development in the area. Homes will be conveniently located near the Franklin Avenue commercial corridor and LRT station. Pokegama North translates to "lake beside a lake" in Ojibwe.
