Join thousands of others in your commnity at one of the largest diabetes program in the country.  Learn how to thrive with diabetes with tips and demonstrations on how to eat healthier, be more active, monitor your blood glucose, take care of your feet and eyes and much more.

At the expo:

  • Join fun cooking and fitness demonstrations
  • Learn about newst diabetes products, technology, resources, and treatments
