Chief Executive Officer - Michael A Goze

Michael  is a member of The Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin. He is responsible for strategic planning, policy development and implementation of AICDC's programs and services.  His background includes serving as a Ho-Chunk Nation Legislator where he worked closely with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Indian Affairs in Washington D.C. and during his tenure, started a tribal housing program.  He has worked in the area of chemical dependency for over 20 years in the Detox setting as well as with the homeless and chronic populations.  Michael is a Minnesota Licensed Real Estate Salesperson,  is a certified Pathways Home Homebuyer Educator and Minnesota Home Ownership Center certified homeownership counselor.  His leadership in the American Indian community is well respected throughout the country and Canada.   

 

Chief Operating Officer – Tom McElveen

Tom oversees the operations of AICDC and is responsible for real estate development and asset management of AICDC's multifamily portfolio.   He has over 30 years of public and private sector experience in the housing and community development field.   Tom is a Minnesota Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Housing Development Finance Specialist by The National Development Council and a Certified Public Housing Manager from The Institute of Real Estate Management.

 

Administration Office Manager – Janet Graham

Jan is the Administration Office Manager for AICDC's corporate office and Facilities Manager for AICDC Properties. Jan is a Minnesota Licensed  Real Estate Salesperson  and has training in property management, low-income housing tax credits and Fair Housing.

  

Human Resource Manager – Keith Masuda

Keith has an extensive and diverse background, serving for more than 35 years in human resources and labor relations management, financial management, administrative and contract services management and facilities management with nonprofit organizations, governmental organizations and for-profit organizations with missions ranging from human services, education, and health care to basic governmental services.

Full Charge Bookkeeper – Tracy Hale

Tracy is responsible for AICDC's financial accounting services.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in economics from Illinois State University with 10 years of accounting experience in the insurance industry and 3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.  

Anna Ross- Bii Gii Wiin CDLF 

Anna (Sarcia) Ross is a member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa and grew up on the Turtle Mountain Indian Reservation in Belcourt, ND.   She serves as the Executive Director of the Bii Gii Wiin Community Development Loan Fund.  Anna received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Haskell Indian Nations University and her Masters Degree from the University of Kansas. Prior to joining us, she served as the Executive Director of a Poverty Reduction program for her tribe for four years and went on to work at Turtle Mountain Community College (TMCC) as the Internal Operations Director assisting in the development of a Foundation for TMCC.
